Well, after 5 weeks of doing Weight Watchers, 2.5 weeks of morning workouts, I am proud to say.....
I LOST 3.6 POUNDS this week! I have lost 17.8 lbs in 5 weeks!
I don't know if stepping up and doing Jillian's 2nd workout did it, or the combo with eating most of my weekly points. Either way, I am estatic! I have 7.2 lbs to my origional goal (6 weeks from now). I say origional, because I don't think I am going to stop at that - which is the maximum healthy weight for my height. Well, see....
