More baby prep!!

Yum Yum Pork Chops *
Burritos
Chicken Taco Bake *
Chicken rice bake *
hashbrown casserole (adding sausage to make it a meal)
cheesy chicken spagehetti
Broccoli Rice bake *
cheddar meatloaves *
lazy cabbage hotdish *
pasta fagoli soup *
glazed carrots
baked corn casserole
baked chicken
broccoli tater tot casserole
sour cream enchaladas
salsa chicken
kneophlia soup
zuppa tuscana soup *
seafood lasagna
white chicken lasagna *
lasagna
cheedar broccoli soup
cheese shells
taco chili
breakfast egg casserole
garlic bread
champagne salad
PB bars
granola bars
Okay, so the meals that are in blue are casseroles. The ones in green are side dishes, the yellow main dishes and red are snacks. The meals with astricks, I know we are making in March. I will also make sure to go shopping before my induction date to have fresh fruit, bread and snackies around. I remember how hungry I was after I gave birth the first 2 times!

Overtime...

So I found out last night that a co-worker of the H's is taking off 6 weeks around the time of my due date. They had twins - correction - triplets 1-2 weeks ago that are still in the hospital and will take off when they come home. A huge Congrats to them for having their dreams of babies come true. This news however great for them, makes me apprehensive about the coming months and my own due date. Unfortunately when someone on another shift has to take off of work, that means that one of the other guys HAS to fill that overtime. Of course there is a line that has to be asked and you go down the list. It starts with the one with the least amount of overtime first. Unfortuneately, you can be forced to work if it is your turn and no one else wants it.... SO, I will more than likely be looking more at a scheduled induction (as I have had twice before) just to ensure that my husband can be there for the birth of our next baby. However, I think that I have the most amazing friends in the world and if it came down to it I can give someone my kids and go it alone in the hospital - OR have another friend there with me.... ahhhhh too much to think about! I need some more PB M&M's! :o)

Big Sisters!

So, I saw a similar pic of a shirt someone online made, that I HAD to copy!
After re-looking, she did BIG, then the ribbon and SIS on the bottom.... oh well....
Here are the shirts that I made today. It took about 2 hours to cut out the letters, the iron on tape and to finish my project. I spend $2 on fabric for the letters, $5 on the two shirts, and $2 on iron on tape... I didn't look, I think about $3 on the ribbon.
I also used puff paint around the letters, but that was stuff we had.
Big Sis & Bigger Sis..... to-be!

98 days left!

Well, today is 26 weeks for me. I have 98 days left of pregnancy (okay, probably a week or two less). Here is my beautiful buddha belly. Notice this is the first pic that I did not take! :o)
My lovely 4 yo loves to steal my camera and has great abilities already, so I handed the camera to her! (Excuse my pajamas!)

So, if you think you know what this baby is, click on my ExpectNet game and vote your guestimate. Out of 6 kids voting at a playgroup (three 4 yo's, one 3 yo, two 2 yo's), we got 2 girls and 4 boys.... Let's see who is right!

Pizza's on!

So, I love reading other blogs, but I never think that I have anything interesting to say... So here is my attempt for today!
I made BBQ Chicken Pizza for dinner and I would say it was good, at least by a PG lady, a 4 yo and a 2 yo's standards. I did not take a cute picture of the food...
Well, not of the food alone!
Doesn't the pizza look so much better all over Taylor's face?
Both girls ate an entire slice of pizza which is great for them.
Here is the secret recipe if you are interested!!
BBQ Chicken Pizza
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed but not risen.
1 cup BBQ sauce (totally guessing at the amount!)
1 1/2 cups of cooked, cubed chicken
2 cups shredded cheese
Roll out bread dough to the size of your pizza pan. Allow to raise but not double. Divide BBQ sauce into 3 amounts. Use 1/3 of the sauce to cover the pizza crust. Cover sauce with 1 cup of cheese. Use the 2nd third to coat the chicken and place over the cheese. Use last of the cheese to top the pizza. Use remaining BBQ sauce to drizzle over the pizza. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve!
*I am not specific about things while cooking. This time I used leftover rotisserie chicken (about 1 breast), probably a cup of reduced fat cheedar cheese and a cup of pizza blend cheese. I also prefer Famous Dave's BBQ sauce, but there was some KC masterpiece in the fridge opened, so I used that instead. *
