Well, I am working on priorities. The house is clean (enough), dinner is in the oven and all 3 kids are content....
I have not worked out in probably a week with the exception of walking a mile roundtrip to the park yesterday (which really is not enough to count especially since it was to eat lunch with girlfriends). During nap times, I have napped or attempted to instead. I have lost a pound or two recently how I am not quite sure....
I guess, I haven't put working out as high of a priority lately because I know that rest is just as important (if not more). The baby weight will come off eventually. Not this week with the 4th of July festivities and a camping trip (cabin or tent?). I bought junk for camping - pop tarts, smores stuff, chips, etc.... I keep thinking if I should make brownies, krispy bars or other goodies to take to! We will have our 3 kids plus we will be meeting friends who also have a 4 yo and a 2 yo - plus an 8 month old (and maybe a 10 year old).
Okay, dinner tonight is a chicken n cheese casserole - from my sister. Super Duper easy. 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped. 1 cup cooked macarroni noodles, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, covered - then 15 minutes uncovered (I added more cheese on the top at this point). I also added some chopped mushrooms. Okay, this is the recipe halved for my family. Double it and that is the origional to fit my sisters family of 8.
yummy! and you are so right! Rest is important too! You'll get there! The girls are almost 6 months and it was a good five months before I really started to ramp up my work outs! It took a good nine months to get you to this point....
