I am down another 1.6 lbs!
That makes 12.8 lbs in 3 weeks!
I added exercise this week. I wake at 5:30 before I have "Helpers". One day I do 45 min on the eliptical and the next I do the 30 day shred DVD and 20 min on the eliptical. I am back upstairs by 6:30 to jump in the shower before my little alarm wakes at 7 am (I do have the baby moniter next to me in case the girls wake before I am done).
I hope to lose the remaining 12.2 lbs (or even 17.2) by 6/30 (8 weeks)!
